This policy covers the YouTube channel Pengjjik (펭찍) and the Pengjjik upload app (the “app”).

1. Information we process
With the Pengjjik channel account’s consent, the app accesses YouTube with the scopes below. The app is for Pengjjik’s internal use, connects only to the Pengjjik channel account and is not offered to outside users.

The app stores only an authorization token and statistics for Pengjjik’s videos. The token is kept where only Pengjjik’s administrator can open it, and is sent nowhere except Google. The app does not read or store the account’s email address, contacts, subscriptions or any other channel’s data.
The channel does not collect personal information about viewers. Comments and likes are handled by YouTube under its own policies. Original posters of clips we use are credited by their public handle and platform name.
2. Purpose
Only to upload videos to the Pengjjik channel and to analyze how the channel and its videos perform when planning new content. Never for ad targeting, profiling or sale.
Some of the Pengjjik channel’s aggregate statistics received through the app — subscriber count, average views, retention, and viewer country, age-group and gender shares — may be published on our advertising & partnerships page. Everything published is aggregate and cannot identify individual viewers.
3. Retention
The authorization token is kept until access is revoked or the app is retired. Video statistics are kept while the channel runs. If access is revoked, statistics received through the API are deleted within 7 days.
4. Sharing
We do not sell or share this information. Data the app handles moves only between Pengjjik and Google (YouTube), and no outside company processes it for us. This website is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. (section 7).
5. Deletion
Information is deleted without delay once its retention period ends. Files are deleted so they cannot be recovered.
6. YouTube API Services
The app uses YouTube API Services. By using the app, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. See the Google Privacy Policy for how Google handles information.
Pengjjik’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Access can be revoked at any time on the Google security settings permissions page.
7. This website
This website uses no cookies, analytics, ads or forms. Cloudflare, its host, may process technical information such as IP addresses to deliver and secure the site, under the Cloudflare Privacy Policy. Fonts load from jsDelivr.
8. Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete information about you, or ask us to stop processing it. Email us and we will act on it without delay.
